She was predeceased by: her siblings, Mary Pearson, AnnaMae Trudell, Elsie Emrich, Janet Ahrends and Jack Earl.
She is survived by: her spouse Lee R. Smith; her sister Patsy Teller of Hays, KS; her sister-in-law Mary Earl of Wakeeney, KS; and her sons, Steve Smith (Kerry), Doug Smith (Susie), Kurt Smith (Sharon) and Monty Smith. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
