He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank August and Olive Butts (Brown); and his siblings, Dick, Bill, Ernie, Dale, Cate, Joyce, Pat and Barb.
He is survived by: his sons, Frank Butts, Patrick Butts and Michael Butts (Kelly); and his brother Bruce Butts (Kate) of Ambia, IN. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
