Peter Hampton Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peter Hampton in Abilene, Kansas, who passed away on June 9, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Glenn and Mary Hampton (Witmer); his son David; his sister Louise Garten; and his niece Connie Walls.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Neher; his children, Paul Hampton (Linda) and Rebecca Crumpton (Doug); his grandchildren, Allyson, Scott, Jordan, Mary, Zack, Marty, Mark and Suzanne; his niece Terri Hudson; and his nephew Greg Garten.
Because of restrictions due to COVID19, a family memorial service for Pete will be held at a later date when Betty is able to attend.
The family suggests memorials be given to the Hospice of Dickinson County, the Abilene Public Library or Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
