He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sam Cowan and Pearl Cowan (Heinz); his sister Marilyn Douglas of Platte City; and his nieces and nephews, Linda Fowler, Janice Weiss, Debra Thurston, Steven Douglas, Jeff Douglas and Frank Watts.
