It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandy Sleichter (Abilene, Kansas), born in Horton, Kansas, who passed away on July 23, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd M. Tollefson and Clara B. Tollefson (Pittington); her husband Jerry W. Sleichter; her grandson Rhett; and her brother Jere.
She is survived by: her children, Jill Deines (Derek) of Manhattan, Jeff Sleichter (Meredith) of Abilene and Jay Sleichter (Linda) of Clay Center; her brother Mark Tollefson (Chelley) of Bel Aire; and her grandchildren, Riley, Katie, Maggie, Jackie, Lainie, Raychel, Natalie, John and Bryce.
The family suggests memorial contributions in her name be made to the Sandy Sleichter Memorial Fund.
