He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cox and Frances Cox (Thompson); and his wife Bonnie Lee Heaton. He is survived by: his children, Christine Dvorak (Dale) of Garden City, KS, James Cox (Lisa) of Newton, KS and David Cox (Stacie) of Wichita, KS. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
