He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar and Alva; and his siblings, Earl, Frances, Hazel, Willard, Beatrice, Jewel, Lillian Maxine, Glenda Ruth and Bedford.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sue Culbertson; his children, Timothy Richard Culbertson (Jodi), Deanna Lynn Schommer (Steve) and Michelle Culbertson; and his grandchildren, Steven Jewett, Johnathan Nowell, Joshua Nowell, John Myers II, Christopher Myers, Devin Culbertson, Dawn Culbertson and Summer Culbertson. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many other family and friends.
