With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Freeman Phillips (Andover, Kansas), who passed away on July 18, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Phillips and Mary Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Martha Ann Phillips of Bel Aire, KS; his children, Jeffrey Artman (Lorraine) of Whitewater, KS and Elena of Tulsa, OK; his grandchildren, Jessica, Michael Curtis, Isabella and Madelyne Artman; and his brother Richard Phillips (Nancy) of Hot Springs, AR. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established with: First Tee of Greater Wichita, P.O. Box 285, Andover, KS 67002; Wichita Children's Home, 7271 E. 37th St. N., Wichita, KS 67226.
