He was predeceased by: his mother Beverly Banwart. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat"; his children, Kelsey and Ryan; his father Gary; and his siblings, Tom Banwart (Kindal), Randy Banwart, Sharon Cerre (Jeff) and Susan Delling. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
