He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lee and Ozella Mae "Jackson" Keck; his wife Rogean Emma Vogt; and his son Brian Fulkerson Keck. He is survived by: his nephews, Jim, Scott and Gary Fulkerson; and his niece Sherri Craig.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to ARC of Sedgwick County in lieu of sending flowers.
