She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald R. Mayo and Erma Mae Mayo (Myers); her siblings, Cleta Alexander and Richard Mayo; and her grandson Aiden Roberts.

She is survived by : her children, Regina, Andrea and Travis; her husband Maurice Noah; her sister Carol Drosselmeyer (Terry); and her grandson Christopher. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.

Memorials in memory of Joyce may be made to the Kansas Humane Society and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
