It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vana E Prouse of Anthony, Kansas, born in Hardtner, Kansas, who passed away on December 29, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Elmont and Vada Vadora Allenbach (Main); her spouse Jimmie Harold Prouse; and her close friends, Pam Hoover, Bill Waltrip and Jim Becker.
She is survived by: her children, Harold Alan, Vickie Prouse and Hal Prouse (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Luke Merrifield (Devan), Emry Schrant and Kaci Prouse; her sisters, Vonda DeLano and Jan Yancey; and her siblings' child Jesse Botkin. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Memorials in memory of Vana may be made to Rivercross Hospice or to the American Heart Association, and may be sent in care of Prairie Rose Funeral Home, 602 E. Main St., Anthony, KS 67003.
