He was predeceased by : his parents, Anthony Joseph and Helen Lorene Vitale (Millard); and his daughter Laura Leiker. He is survived by : his wife Nancy; and his children, Lisa Resser (Aaron), Tony (Lisa) and Brian (Andrea). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of Flowers & Plants a memorial contribution may be sent to Madison Avenue Methodist Church at 900 E. Madison, Derby, Kansas 67037.
