He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Joseph and Helen Lorene Vitale (Millard); and his daughter Laura Leiker. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; and his children, Lisa Resser (Aaron), Tony (Lisa) and Brian (Andrea). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
