She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred A. Kappel and Marguerite Kappel (Yarnold); and her husband Walter. She is survived by: her son Kurt Mathiasmeier of Sanford, FL; her sister Mary Curless of Arkansas City; her grandchildren, Bailey and Grady Mathiasmeier of Casselberry, FL; her nephew Justin Curless (Sammi) of Austin, TX; her uncle Lue Yarnold (Rama) of Wichita, KS; her cousins, Greg Yarnold (Jen) and Doug Schneider (Gilah) of Arvada, CO.; Will of Wichita, KS.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
