She was predeceased by : her parents, John Looney and Evelyn Sapp (Looney); her husband Calvin Ray Swisher; and her siblings, Patricia, Kathleen and John Jr..

She is survived by : her daughter Angela Thielen (Hamilton); and her siblings, Mary Sexton and Michael Looney. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
