She was predeceased by : her husband Michael Paul Smith; and her siblings, Walter C. Jr., Robert, Marvin, Max, Lloyd and Elizabeth.

She is survived by : her children, DeAnna Harp (Dean) of Arkansas City, Kansas and Brian Smith (Alica) of Haysville, Kansas; her grandchildren, Emily Harp of Arkansas City, Robert Harp (Xaviera) of Salina and Dana Stone (Jake) of Haysville; and her great grandchild Maverick Harp.
