He is survived by: his children, Tasha Hall, Josh Greenwood, Jamie Kuhn (Mike) and Jodie Jowers (Chris); his grandchildren, Micah, Kaylynn, Kenzie, Addison, Hayden, Jonathan, Michael, Kurstin, Hazelynn and Devin; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Dallas and Elizabeth.
