He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul L. Smith and Bonnie Rose Smith (Coyle); and his sister Priscilla Zerbe. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Smith; his children, DeAnna Harp (Dean) of Arkansas City and Brian Smith (Alica) of Haysville; and his grandchildren, Emily Harp of Arkansas City, Robert Harp (Xaviera Martinez) of Commerce, TX and Dana Smith of Haysville.
