He was predeceased by: his parents, Sterling "Punk" Tousley and Bessie Jane (Vaden); his wife Wilma May Bishop; and his grandchildren, Kristi Dyke and Deacon Staten.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Oestmann (Marlin) and Karen Staten (Buddy); his brother Ronnie Tousley of Arkansas City; and his grandchildren, Bittney, Brad Hayes, Morgan Foust, Tanner, Beth Hunt, Aaron, Jared Staten, Cheyenne, Dustan Staten, Jessicah, Kyle Oestmann and Sarah Oestmann. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
