She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Joseph "Dallas" Gilson and Emma "Fern" Stazel; her husband Bill Westhoff; and her siblings, Joe, Bob Gilson, Joan Sell, Jean Pryor and Mary Lou Gilson.
She is survived by: her brother Bill; her sister-in-law Roma Marrs; her friend Church; her children, Mike Westhoff, Vicky Cordwell and Sharon Ellis (Donny); her sister Carol Goldwater of Ark City; her grandchildren, Brittany Westhoff, Ethan Ellis, Emily Frederick (Michael) and Mika Donaly (Matt); and her great grandchildren, Morgan, Bryson, Oliver and Colton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rindt-Erdman Funeral Home and Crematory (100 E Kansas Ave, Arkansas City, KS 67005).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are established in her name with the Ark City Lioness Club, Gentiva Hospice, or Angels Home Health Care. Contributions can be made through Rindt-Erdman Funeral Home & Crematory.
