She is survived by: her husband Roger Mosier Sr.; her children, Roger Mosier Jr. (Sonya) of Arkansas City and Tonya Holzem of Point Venture, Texas; her siblings, Donna Browning (Thomas) of Conway, Jay Banister II (Marilyn) of Arkansas City and Larry Banister (Beth) of Ponca City, Oklahoma.; and her grandchildren, Jordyn, Justis, Spencer and Zack.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rindt-Erdman Funeral Home and Crematory (100 E Kansas Ave, Arkansas City, KS 67005).
A memorial fund has been established in Toni's name at the funeral home.
