He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack High and Ethel High (Morrison); and his brother Harry High. He is survived by: his siblings, Larry of Effingham, KS, Gary High of Effingham, KS, Patricia Huninghake-Palmer of Seneca, KS, Jennie Hitchens of Atchison, KS and John. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Diabetes Association and may be sent in care of the Becker-Dyer-Stanton Funeral Home who is handling the arrangements.
