With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles R. Wagner of Atchison, Kansas, who passed away on April 22, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthias Wagner and Catherine Wagner (Schuele); his daughter Mary Kathryn Wagner; and his siblings, Norbert Wagner, Beth Miller, Martha Wagner and Clarita Halling.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Gigstad (Kevin) of Nortonville, KS, Stephanie Nichols (Tom) of Shawnee, KS, Angela Seybert (Russ) of Eudora, KS, Gregory Wagner (Robyn) of Cummings, KS, Richard Wagner (Kathy) of LaMars, IA and Jeffrey Wagner (Bev) of Atchison, KS; and his siblings, William "Bill" Wagner of Atchison, KS, Mike Wagner of Atchison, KS, Donna Stec of Atchison, KS, Barbara "Bobbie" Miller of Smithville, MO and Catherine Agnes Wagner. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Atchison County Historical Society or St. Benedict Parish for Mass Intentions for Charlie and may be left in care of the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home.
