He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Beckett and Irene M. Beckett (Steinbeck); and his wife Kathleen "Kay" Schultz. He is survived by: his children, Jeremy P. Beckett (Karen), Rose Marie Crosswhite (Roger) of Amarillo, TX and Janae Sue Haddock (Damian) of Leavenworth County, KS; and his brother Charles Beckett of Arlington, TX. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the United Methodist Church or Sumner Cemetery and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
