It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Michael James Conrad of Atchison, Kansas, who passed away at the age of 76, on February 21, 2021. He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward J. Conrad and Marcella "Kay" Nulty Conrad; and his brother Tim Conrad. He is survived by : his wife Barbara; his children, Mick Conrad (Debbie) of Prairie Village, KS, Christi Reichert (Trent) of Springfield, MO and Karin Weber of Raleigh, NC; his sister Colleen Stork of Atchison, KS; and his nieces and nephews, Christopher, Ed Stork, Maureen Beckett and Kimberly Bowers. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 25th 2021 at 10:30 AM and at 11:30 AM at the St. Joseph's Church (715 Spring Garden St, Atchison, KS 66002). A mass of christian burial was held on Thursday, February 25th 2021 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A rosary was held on Thursday, February 25th 2021 at 11:30 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Maur Hill-Mt. Academy School or St. Benedict Catholic School Endowment and may be left in care of Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home, with whom final care has been entrusted.
