He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert V. Leigh and Bernice Leigh (Hundley); his wife Sherry Rexroth; and his children, Justin Frad, Steven Frad, Micheal Watson, Jeremey Frad, Heather McCartney, Shelly Watson and Amanda Conner. He was also cherished by two brothers and twelve grandchildren.
