She was predeceased by : her parents, John Traugott and Elsie L Schmidt (Herderhorst); her husband Clarence J. "Bud" Wolters; and her siblings, Milton, Luther Schmidt, Ruth Lovett, Elsie Fry, Mildred Morris and Winnie Lewis.
She is survived by : her siblings, Joan Engle of Fairview, TX and John Schmidt of Stevens Point, WI; and her children, Doug (Pattie), Rick (Cathy), Bev Schmidtke (Ed), Mark (Brenda) and John (Jo). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
