He was predeceased by : his parents, Clyde W. Draper and Velma L. Draper (Nonamaker); his sister Valta Jean Draper; and his siblings-in-law, Francis Hoffman, Gary Plymesser and Sandra Plymesser.
He is survived by : his wife Mary Draper (Plymesser); his children, Laurie Kastens (Steve) of Rawlins County, Linda Wright (Joe Samson) of Atwood and Jason Draper (Rubylee) of WaKeeney; and his siblings, Donald Draper (Marilyn) of Elizabeth, CO and Ellen Hoffman of Lincoln, NE..
