She was predeceased by : her parents, Gene Files and Geraldine Files (Swisher). She is survived by : her husband Joe Youngblood; her children, Gary Taylor (Trisha) and Angela Covert (Jay); her siblings, Linda Files, Michelle Richie, Gene Files and Sandy Files; and her great grandchildren, McKayla, McKenzie, Kegan, Ian, Isabella, Karissa, Jackson, Mason and Colter. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
