He is survived by: his wife Judy Spiker (McKinsey); his daughters, Dee Ann Louque of Andover and Jane Mapes (Matt) of Augusta; his siblings, Daryl Spiker of California and Lorraine Toland of California; his grandchildren, Hayden Mapes (Jessie Hahn), Derrek Mapes and Christy Lynn Louque; and his great grandchildren, Cameron Humphrey, Jacob Humphrey, Logan Ross and Isla Mapes.
