He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Lee Dunn and Mary Sylvia Miller; his wife Shirley Jean Dunn (Roby); and his children, Kerry and Kevin Dunn.

He is survived by: his children, William Dunn (Betty) of Wichita Timothy and Sonya Santiago (Steve) of Kechi, KS; his grandchildren, Aaron, Allie (Brent), Stephen, Natalie, Nathan, Haden and Henry; and his great grandchild Elio.
