He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Tipton (Forpahl); his sons, Mitch Tipton (Julie) and Matt Tipton (Jessi); his brothers, John Tipton (Beverly) and Larry Tipton; his grandchildren, Abby Willis (Colby), Garrett, Emma, Corbin and Eli Tipton; and his great grandchild Wyatt Willis.
