It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackie Gean of Augusta, Kansas, born in Clarksville, Arkansas, who passed away on December 20, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Gean (Schweppenstedde) and Calvin Gean; his brother Kenneth Gean; his half-brothers, Calvin Gean, Jr. and Bob Gean; and his sisters, Joyce Grunden, Mary Offield and Anna Lou Stafford.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Gean (Kirk); his children, Jeff Gean of Colorado Springs, CO, Carol Shaver of Wichita, KS, Lisa Beck of Lawrence, KS and Kelsey Roberson (Earnest) of Wichita, KS; and his brother Lewis Gean. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
