He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Scott and Eva Scott (Miles); and his brother Bobby Scott. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Kirkpatrick of Augusta; his son Jimmy Scott (Tisha); his grandson Brian Scott; and his sister Becky Scott.

Memorial Contributions to be made out to Dunsford Funeral Home in Mikes name, for funeral expenses; left in care of the Dunsford Funeral Home.
