He was predeceased by: his parents, Bret Parker and Mary Nolan Parker; and his wife Carolyn (Bennett). He is survived by: his children, Mary Kolb (Gilbert), Laurie Hoyt (Jerry) and David Parker (Brandon Shea); his grandchildren, Aubrey Kolb Pirtle (Jarod), Tyson Hoyt, Megan Kolb Nold (Adam) and Amanda Hoyt; and his great grandchildren, Cameron Pirtle, Kaylee, Dugger, Raegan Pirtle and Jonas Dugger.
