She was predeceased by: her parents, Lenah Jane (Woolery) and George Ollie Seaburn; her husband Donald Arthur Wentz; her siblings, William Seaburn and Dorothy Johnston (Seaburn); and her grandchildren, Sara Beth, Cecila Marie and Rachel Ashley Wentz.
She is survived by: her children, Trudy C. Jacobson (Wentz) and David C. Wentz (Bethel); her sister Lucille Ewart (Ehret); her grandsons, Eric L. Jacobson and Aaron W. Jacobson (Roberta); and her great grandchildren, Hannah and Hailey Matthews. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
