He is survived by : his wife Kay Cook (Trimmer); his children, Meshel Cook and Andrew Cook; his siblings, Carlos Cook and Jeanette Dillon; his grandsons, Caleb and Noah Cook; and his great grandchildren, Weston, Lilliana Rucas, Gatlin and Remington Dunn.
