It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lloyd Snider (Augusta, Kansas), born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on May 17, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George C. Snider and Alice Snider (Sheppard); and his siblings, Leonard, Dwane, Hubert "Sam" Snider, Alice Jean Thompson and Louise Bybee.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille Newport; his children, Edward Timothy Snider of Augusta, Debbie Snider of Augusta, Rick Snider (Lori) of Winfield and Tammy Wilson (Bryan) of Augusta; and his grandchildren, Andrea Davis (Shawn) of Augusta, Christine Sims of Augusta, Abby Bryan (Jimi) of Augusta, Ryan Kilby (Amy) of Wichita, Travis Wilson (Shaina) of Augusta, Taylor Snider of Wichita and Dylan Snider of Wichita. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family will not be holding a public visitation or a traditional funeral service.
