He was predeceased by: his father Lowell Putnam. He is survived by: his mother Donna Louise Putnam (Mabry) of Augusta; his daughter Reanna Putnam (Brent Pease); his grandsons, Arlo and Ira of Carbondale, IL; and his sister Jan Bauer (Greg) of Wichita.
Memorial Contributions be made out to the WildTrust of the Kansas Dept. of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism, left in care of the Dunsford Funeral Home, to support outdoor access and wildlife conservation.
