She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ray Palmer, Sr. and Juanita Marie Palmer (Erskin); and her brothers, Charles Palmer, Jr. and Harry "Hap" Palmer. She is survived by: her daughters, Verna Dawn Foster (Chevy) of Galena and Crystal Walton (Dustin Walton, Sr.) of Galena; and her grandchildren, Dustin Walton, Jr. (Kelsa), Felicia Walton (Jake), Zachary Walton (McKayla), Tyler Lake (Chrystal), Bradley Lake and Hailey Lake. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
