He is survived by: his sisters, Ivy Russell, Mae Hedrick, Alberta Smith, Ethel Neidert and Catherine During; his children, Steve Parkins, Joe Parkins of Kansas, Doug Parkins of Illinois, David Parkins of Fergusson, MO., Denise Ann Shefeild of Winfield and Deana Parkins of O'Fallon, MO; and his sister Eunice Neidert of St. James. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
