She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Gardner Leeper Sr. and Beatrice Elizabeth Schuman; her husband Lewis Edward Smith; and her siblings, Laura Jane Leeper, Beverly Ann Leeper and Ross Gardner Leeper Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, Ross Merritt of Victoria, KS and Mark Tregellas (Kimberly) of Bel Aire, KS; and her grandchildren, Justin, Jennifer, Kelly, Daniel Merritt, Courtney and Megan Tregellas. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
