She was predeceased by: her parent Ferne Dora Murphy (Nixon); her husband Johnny; her father Lloyd Murphy; her siblings, Leta Janasek (George), Eugene Murphy and Dee Dugdale (Bob); and her sisters-in-law, Sylvia Weaver (Ray), Marcie Holloway (Ben), Ruby Eickmann (Pete) and Judy Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Lana Hutchens (Pat) of Eudora, Shari Coleman (Greg) of Wilber and Terry Horak (Kim Gregory) of Marathon, Florida.; her grandchildren, Johnathon Hutchens (Jennifer) of Smithville, Missouri, Jen Gibbs of Kearney, Nebraska, Jackie Hoobler (Ryan) of Gardner and Chelsey Young (Barry) of Wilber, Nebraska; her great grandchildren, Christine (Andrew Rayburn), Andrew Gibbs, Brock, Logan, Colbie Young, McKennah and Stockton Buck; her brother Jimmy Murphy (Carol) of Munden; and her sisters-in-law, Katie Murphy of Franklin and Donna Stehno (Ed) of Hays.
Memorials may be made in Juanita's memory to the Vintage Park Assisted Living Activity Fund in Baldwin City and to the First United Methodist Church of Norton and may be sent to Tibbetts-Fischer Funeral Home, P.O. Box 566, Belleville, Kansas 66935.
