He is survived by: his parents, Frank Bulthaup and Barbara Bulthaup of Beloit; his sister Julie Bulthaup; his siblings' child Daenerys of Beloit; and his brother Luke Bulthaup of Tucson.

Memorials may be given to the Tammy Walker Cancer Center.
