He is survived by: his wife Teresa Mandevill (Burch); his children, Keri Myklebust (Jacob) of Sapulpa, Joshua Mandevill of Tulsa, Aaron, Zachary Mandevill of Cleveland and Tia Mandevill of Sand Springs; his grandchildren, Dakota Tettenhorst of Sapulpa, Rachel Myklebust of Sapulpa Oklahoma, Cooper Crosson of Sand Springs and Liam Mandevill of Cleveland, Oklahoma.; his stepchildren, Brandy Painter (Aaron) of Sachse, Buddy Craig (Laura) of Prosper, Kelli Stevens (Dan) of Abilene and Jacob Ediger of Carrollton, Texas.; his stepgrandchildren, Kyli Craig, Haden Craig, Madalyn Painter, Mackenzie Stevens, Jackson, Abby Painter, Jenna Stevens and Gracie Stevens; his great grandchild Kamberly Craig; his siblings, Robert Mandevill (Dea) of Medford, Susan Russell (Matthew) of Waimea and Douglas Mandevill (Donna) of Bellville, Texas.; and his siblings' children, Chris, April, Brandon, Eric and Carmen.
