He is survived by: his children, Jack C. Boucher (Pam) of Wichita, Jon Boucher of Burden, Kathy Van Zelfden (Brian) of Valley Center, Kay Pruitt (Jim) of Arizona and Bonita Hizar of Dodge City; and his sisters, Martha Cody of Augusta and Ethel Rickard of Newton. He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
