He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Bland and Katherine Bland (Judd); and his brother Lance Bland. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Chamberland; his daughter Kristin Bland; his stepson Levi Butler; his grandchildren, Aliyah Bond, Trinity Bond, Elizabeth Lewis and Trey Lewis; and his siblings, Pam Irwin, Randy Bland, Rick Bland, Donald Bland and Donna Sue Larcom.
