With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred Sumner of Burden, Kansas, born in Caldwell, Kansas, who passed away on January 26, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bill Brown and Ruth Brown (Bridges); and her children, Barbara Myles, Jane Courtney, Peggy Bales, William Underwood, Walter Underwood, Ruthe Arie and Rita Fleming. She was also cherished by 16 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.

A memorial has been established in Faye's name for Kindred Hospice. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
