He is survived by : his mother Luella Bernice Johnson (Serl) of Burlington; his daughters, Crystal Nickel (Craig) of LeRoy, KS and Danielle Smith (Thomas) of Fair Grove, MO; his grandchildren, Thomas, Cyrus, Charley Nickel, Lillian and George Smith; and his siblings, Linda McElfresh (Lindsay) of LeRoy, KS, Steven Johnson (Gail), Michael Johnson, Larry Johnson (Terri) and Debra Mossberg Burlington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; many other relatives and friends.
