He was predeceased by : his parents, Vernon Carl Toy, Sr. and Iona Maxine Toy (Streit); and his son Seth Toy. He is survived by : his wife Cindy; his children, Melinda "Mindy" Toy of Topeka, KS, Bradey Toy of Garnett, KS and Cody Toy (Trish) of Johnstown, CO; his stepsons, Steve Armstrong (Brandy), Christopher Armstrong (Chris), Kenneth Minor and Joshua Minor; his brother Jim Toy (Carol) of Burlington, KS; and his pets, Sparky and Maybelle. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
